Dečji kulturni centar Beograd ustanova je kulture, čiji je osnivač Skupština grada Beograda. Osnovan je 1952. godine kao Dom pionira Beograda. I posle više decenija postojanja, Dečji kulturni centar Beograd zadovoljava potrebe dece i mladih, pre svega jer je sačuvao sve ono što je bilo dobro i to dopunio savremenim metodama rada poštujući promene koje su nastale u željama i potrebama svojih korisnika.

Kontinuirano, iz dana u dan, svoje aktivnosti realizuju: Baletski studio, Likovni atelje, Atelje za primenjene umetnosti, Dramski studio, Muzička igraonica, Studio za džez i modernu igru, Radionica animiranog filma, Radionica stripa... U radu ateljea, studija i radionica učestvuju deca i mladi shodno svojim interesovanjima, bez prethodnih audicija, a sa onima kod kojih se prepozna posebna sklonost i talenat pedagozi rade kroz dodatne aktivnosti.

Established in 1952 as Dom Pionira, upon the initiative of the City Pioneer Council. Its founder is the City Assembly of Belgrade. The Children's Cultural Center Belgrade through its program encourages individual creative potential of a child, and the consciousness of its rights. It also fulfills child's spare time with its affinities, creative play, while sociopsychologically integrating it into the group. By its program it addresses the youngest citizens of Belgrade, 4-18 years old.

The Children's Cultural Center Belgrade organizes the greatest international children's event of the city of Belgrade, "The Joy of Europe" - The International Meeting of the Children of Europe, as well as other manifestations: International Children's Drawing and Painting Contest "Joy of Europe", The Children's Music Festival - "Children Composers" and The Children's Song Contest "Little Mermaid".

The Children's Cultural Center Belgrade also has a large number of programs that take the children to the adventure called history, ecology, geography, music, and dance...
